"Overall, wonderful. The only thing is that there was no real way to eat a gluten free meal at the restaurant, and the shower not having a door made me a wee bit nervous - silly but since you're asking for feedback. Also, I am remembering being here years ago, and the pool was so crowded with a party vibe - couldn't get off of Expedia that was the case when we were looking for a more relaxing vibe. Overall, however, the place was wonderful."

"Once again we really enjoyed ourselves. We have been coming here for at least 5 years. Maybe even longer. I wish we could have stayed one more night. The staff was really friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping. Every time you seen a staff member they always said Hello with a smile. "

"I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk. There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it! Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more. They absolutely deserve to be recognized for the amazing energy and service they bring. Thank you both so much! 🌴💚"
