"The staff hospitality is wonderful!!!! The rooms were nice and very clean. We had a hot water issue that they tried to fix. The resort reopened the day we arrived and there were still buildings being renovated so it was a bit noisy. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful but the beach area is still being rebuilt. Food was okay, drinks were great! Again, the staff is beyond wonderful!"

"This is my second stay at the Allegro Hotel in Cozumel. There are numerous things I could say about the hotel. However, what truly makes this a great place to stay is the staff! From check in to check out and every day in between, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I did have one server during a dinner that the young lady seemed rude. But I chalk this up to everyone has a bad day every now and again. I have been to Cozumel numerous times and stayed at a few different places....

"The property was nice. The rooftop pool was cold but the view was nice. Plenty of seating even has a double rooftop to view the skyline higher. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms and washer/dryer is a wonderful feature. My room had a wrap around terrace as well. I appreciate them accommodating the kitchen with extra utensils as I hired a private chef during my stay. I would for sure stay here again. "
