"The staff are amazing and very professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of prepared and non-prepared food choices. Coffee is available throughout the day and wine glasses are also available. The rooms are beautiful. Being very near to the Thunder Bay airport, it's surprisingly quiet. I barely heard any planes flying by. I had a very early flight and a shuttle was available to take be to the airport at 4:00 am."

"We ended up having to stay an extra night due to our exam being rescheduled. The hotel staff are extremely kind. They allowed us to stay in our same room. Security staff are always pleasant but very professional. The cleaning staff are always working and checking in to make sure we were ok. We definitely will be returning. The hotel is very close to everything and it was very clean. It always smells fresh for an older property. "
