I like the pool and hot tub and the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms were clean and lots of staff on board roaming the area so I felt safe. Pet friendly.

Room was clean but the hallways were full of trash. Front desk was not so great to deal with. Had a room on the main floor, someone was pounding on the window several times throughout the night, front desk didn’t do anything. People were so loud in the hallway all night, you would think with so many security staff they would keep things quieter and safer. Fire alarm was also pulled at 5am, kindly spoke to front desk about the issues and they were rude about it. Definitely do not recommend this hotel if you are hoping to have a decent sleep or travelling with a child because we did not feel safe during our stay.

The staff at this property lack the necessary knowledge to assist guests properly. When I tried to make a payment, my card was declined, and they advised me to contact my bank. However, the real issue was that an incompetent staff member clicked something on his computer that he shouldn't have, which caused the decline. Fortunately, another staff member was able to help him, and everything was resolved afterward. Additionally, when I was checking out, another staff member told me that Expedia hadn't paid them yet, and that I would need to pay them in order to receive a reimbursement for my deposit. I showed him my receipt from Expedia, but he insisted that I wait for his supervisor, who wouldn't arrive until 7 AM. Since I was supposed to check out at 6 AM to catch my flight, I ended up running late due to this situation. Thank you so much, Superior Inn!

Upon entering the room it smelled like someone filthy had been living in it for some time. It’s dark and dingy and the lights were flickering. The sink in the bathroom drained VERY slowly. Our heat didn’t work. The lobby and outdoors were full of zombies trying to bum cigarettes. The pool and slide need some serious TLC and cleaning. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. I’d recommend you take your money and go elsewhere.
