"We had a lovely greeting at check-in. They kindly upgraded us at no cost because it was our anniversary. The room was very comfortable. Very nice!"

"Overall the property was nice and met all the expectations I had. I would not say there was anything astonishing about the hotel but for the price it was perfect. I was disappointed with the parking options and price though. $100 for on demand valet. $75 for on deck valet. $40 to park your own car across the street and walk. I understand it’s a busy area and space is limited but as a family of 4 it was challenging to load and unload. Couldn’t justify $100 for valet parking. "

"I loved the environment, the curb appeal was welcoming and cozy,inside and out. The living quarters was modern and clean. The staff was amazing especially Ravjee, she went above beyond the call of duty as the other staff did as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend anyone to stay there to get the experience we got."

"The view of the falls from the room was excellent. Dining options were within walking distance. Shower water pressure could be better."
