"the elevators B, was stuck for 15mins. it kept going to a floor and then going to another floor without opening the doors. When I told the front desk I felt they just didn't seem to care. Parking staff was outstanding, very helpful. Housekeeping on our floor were extremely friendly, you have some outstanding staff. I would still stay again because of them. Thank you Marilyn Appleby"

"We stayed on the 22nd floor. It was so noisy. Lots of banging doors and teens yelling. It was after midnight. The staff didnt specify we could only go in a couple of lines if we had to use a card. That should have been noted. Also did not know we had to reserve time at the waterpark so we werent able to swim. Convenient location. "

"Great room. Immaculate hotel with one of the largest casinos I have seen. I was just there in transit through Toronto, not much of a a casino goer. It’s not close to anything walkable so expect to eat in the hotel. The 2am casino revellers in the hallway were LOUD, but otherwise a very good stay. Recommended"

"A beautiful well appointed room served by top tier service providers. We had a minor issue getting stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes and they camped us an entire night. This place knows how to treat customers with decency and respect. 10/10 will go again. "
