"Very busy hotel due to Taylor Swift concert. Staff was friendly. Wish we could have gotten into our room a little earlier, but I understand they were super busy. The room was very large for a city hotel. The bed was comfy. Overall, a good experience, though the price was outrageous (again this was likely because of the concert). No dining option at the hotel. The lobby is quite small. "

"Customer service was great. The first room I was given, when I walked up to the door I saw it was open (door had not been pulled shut after cleaning), and there were crumbs on the bedside table so I went downstairs and asked for a new room. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one. The rooms are interesting, small and cozy. There’s a hallway, small kitchen, washer/dryer in a closet, bed and bathroom were clean & tasteful. It felt like a college dorm. I would stay here again."

"A good choice. The Sonder model, at least at this location, which was my first experience seems to be akin to a no frills about it, self service shopping experience. Minimal contact with staff, who were very friendly and helpful and easy checkin simply by showing up. The app works well. I had everything I needed, almost and slept well except for the false fire alarm. The room was great. Only two complaints. No USB ports and no lotion.
