Very dark entrance to the parking lot. Also poor lighting in the parking lot. If you miss your turn, you could be heading the wrong way and end up at the airport.

This hotel is amazing!! The lobby is gorgeous, the check in process was seamless. The bed was insanely comfortable! We went to the on site restaurant for dinner, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone going to this hotel, it’s 5* Great quality, amazing price, even better service. Only reason this hotel didn’t get a full 5 stars overall, was the hot tub is gone.

Close to airport but did not clean room daily, in fact said only every three days. We had to be on top of them for toilet paper and towels etc. Poor customer service and did not feel taken care of daily as a result.

The security came banging on my door at 12:30am telling us to be quiet when it was only my husband and I. We weren’t even speaking and only had the laptop on. The tv wasn’t even playing and the attitude that the security guard had was absolutely ridiculous. Beyond unprofessional and when my husband asked him not to speak to him that way he threatened to have us evicted. The security guard then lied and said that the front desk had been calling our room and that we were ignoring the calls. The way he kept banging on the door until my husband opened. He banged like probably 10 times in a row over and over again until he reached the door. I paid $170 for ONE NIGHT and got talked to like this for absolutely no reason, when we did NOTHING wrong and for him to speak to my husband the way he did?! I will not be back.
