"Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus and very organized. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get onto the elevator. They said that three floors had ice machines and only one machine on a certain floor worked. Rooms were ok but could definately be updated. Bring your own pillows ; theirs were old and very lumpy. Rooms were very quiet for the 3 nights we were there and the falls and casino were very close. ( walkable ) - parking was terrible. We had to pay...

"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! There are so many things to do without ever stepping outside, which is really nice when you’re in Canada in the winter! Shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and a casino are all right across the enclosed walkway. Beautiful view of the falls and clean and well maintained amenities too. Loved everything about this hotel! "
