"We have stayed here several times and enjoy doing so. This time they changed their check in to touchless and sent me an email with the check info, so that was a surprise along with sending the info on the same day as our check in, so we had no idea until we arrived the need to have access to our email to check in. they should do it the day before in my opinion. "
