"The front desk staff and restaurant were fabulous. The trip was a birthday present for my wife and shortly after we checked in, a chocolate mousse was delivered to our room with birthday wishes. Very nice touch! The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the outside ramp entrance was rather dark and not lit at all which might have posed a safety risk especially at night. The concern was reported to the front desk. Otherwise a great few days."

"The check in person was very accommodating when I asked for a late check out (willing to pay for extra) since we're there for an interview at the US consulate. We don't know how long the interview will last but the staff was very nice to help us with a late check out."
