Poor noise insulation, dirty carpets, cheap utensils for breakfast, would change sheets after requested, poor location. Housekeeping was chatting loudly in hallways on a Sunday morning at around 8 am. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door even though it was morning and there was a "do no disturb" sign.

I got an unacceptable, unbearable and nightmare check-in on October 29! They gave a wrong room key to us first. Then without verified our ID and gave us a wrong room which had already had a guest (not at the room) and his belonging in the room. What happened in case this room had any lost or bad matter happened. How terrible and frustrated to us. They provided breakfast but the staff cleaned the table and also serve the food without changed her gloves. The gloves are protected her hands.
