We caught the shuttle from the airport and it was exactly on time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Had a great sleep before our early flight the next morning!

The airport shuttle was convenient but it smelled like a can recycling station. When I arrived I was disappointed to learn their restaurant "Eclipse" was closed for 11pm, though it was not quite 11 yet I can understand not wanting to start a new table right before close but it was disappointing to walk past the very nice looking bar and restaurant with many tables of people eating and drinking. The lady at the front desk first began by apologizing for the room being on the first floor since they were booked up. I asked what she meant and if there was anything wrong with the room and she said no it's fine and nothing else... but she was thoughtful about the food issue and gave me a brochure for a pizza and pasta place that was supposed to be open until 12, however unfortunately when I called they said they closed early for maintenance issues. The only place I could find at this point was Mcdonalds, which is awful but better than nothing. The room was nice enough - good comfy bed, clean, there's a safe and mini fridge and tv. Breakfast - I was told there was only breakfast at the restaurant and they do not provide room service, you can order pickup or dine-in. The fire escape plan was incorrect, showing the gym was in the building I was in, apparently there are two buildings. The place it was supposed to be according to the fire plan map was actually blocked off and said under construction so I thought it might be closed. It was nice, good equipment, floor was dirty though

Everything was good except I question how clean is the room. We checked in and had 2 Aquafina water bottles on the fridge and one of was already opened and half empty. Also the extra blankets in the closet was not folded and zipped in the bag. Kind concerned if housekeeping is really cleaning and disinfecting like they should.

The front desk attendant (Black Male) was very friendly and pleasant even at 2am. The hotel smells absolutely amazing.. It was the first thing I commented on when I walked in. The only thing I wish the room had was a robe other than that the convenience of the hotel and the shuttle was five stars.
