"We stayed here for 1 night as a birthday getaway for my fiancé. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view the room was clean except for the spider webs on the Delilah’s near the patio door. The suite was very homey and happy hour with a complimentary drink was a bonus. Check out was also very quick and easy. Definitely will stay again!"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Unable to secure reasonable priced room at the hotel during a larger conference, so I opted for the villas as a nearby option. While nearby it still required 10-15 mins for the walk over. Room was efficient with fridge, sink and offered a balcony over looking the pool area. Consider using sliding door vs swing out door at bathroom to make the room easier to manage. "

"The Hilton Phoenix is beautiful , the pools warm and clean . The area is quiet and safe . The rooms are a bit outdated . My complaint would be not with the excellent service provided, but geez update the pillows and the mattress . For the high dollar price would love a great night sleep with all the wonderful perks of this Hotel. "
