"The Hilton Phoenix is beautiful , the pools warm and clean . The area is quiet and safe . The rooms are a bit outdated . My complaint would be not with the excellent service provided, but geez update the pillows and the mattress . For the high dollar price would love a great night sleep with all the wonderful perks of this Hotel. "

"This was a great location. It is close to shopping and dining in the Norterra area. Our room was very clean and the staff is amazing. The breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were delicious and there were lots of choices. It was a great value. We will definitely stay here again."

"My only complaint was that the room had a table top peninsula next to the kitchenette but only one desk chair to sit at it. I did ask the front desk for a folding chair which they supplied. That way my wife and I could email sitting down together at the same place."

"We stayed here for 1 night as a birthday getaway for my fiancé. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view the room was clean except for the spider webs on the Delilah’s near the patio door. The suite was very homey and happy hour with a complimentary drink was a bonus. Check out was also very quick and easy. Definitely will stay again!"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
