"Very nice hotel, clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was nice and filling and we enjoyed the sauna. Great location right next to the bus stop made it very easy and convenient to get around."

"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas...

"Wonderful homely stay but with breakfast. Exactly what we wanted. Hot tub was not included in the price and there is no lift, neither of which bothered us but in case anyone wants to know. Thanks Elena & Roberto!"

"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"If you don’t need glamour and you’re traveling alone and you don’t mind a dormitory/hostel this hotel is fabulous. It’s clean. It has a kitchen that you can use and keep food in. It has lots of great company with people from all over. It’s very convenient if you’re skiing it’s next door to the lift and also to the train station. I’m afraid of giving it such a great review because I don’t want to be full the next time I go there. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!"

Fantastic and friendly hotel - highly recommend

"First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again! "
