up to standard 4 full star hotel which is quite hard to find in Europe and its value for money with its full service and facilities in the hotel. Wide selection of breakfast, many different fruits, pastry and even rice! Free mini bar with softdrinks and beer and fruits too. complimentary shuttle on arrival and departure to the station, very efficient. the room is very new and clean. good restaurant and lounge. Offer cakes, coffee and tea during tea time for all hotel guests. very recommend and will stay there again.

Excellent location, short walk to downtown and just across the street from sunnega lift. They offer a shuttle to and from train station for luggage - just have to send a message or email to coordinate. Didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa area bc it closes early (8pm), would have been nice if it closed later (e.g. 9 or 10pm). Lovely breakfast spread.

One suggestion that I would like to make based on our experience, is the light switches in the room. One person is in the bathroom and another person turns off a lamp in the bedroom and the person in the bathroom is in the dark! We spent 2 days trying to figure it out, and we regard ourselves as reasonably intelligent people. The view was spectacular on the balcony! Location was perfect, away from noisy train station but close enough to walk there. The hotel offered transport to and from the train station.

Beautifully renovated. In the heart of Zermatt and walkable to everything. Truly has the Swiss mountain vibe with its decor. The spa is incredible with an awesome hot tub and pool. We took advantage of massages although options were limited as you could only book the one therapist who only did classic massage. The food was some of the best we had. Go see Allie in the bar. He was super nice and gave impeccable service. The only hiccup is that we pre- arranged shuttle pick up from the hotel for when we arrived and they did not show up. I had to make an expensive phone call to call them and have them send the shuttle after waiting around awhile. Other than that I would stay here again.

Excellent stay in Zermatt. We had a smooth check in with the front desk helping us with all of our requests (shoutout to Emilie). Appreciated housekeeping dropping by in the afternoon for turn down service + chocolate treats, as well as the ride to and from the train station

This is a new and thoroughly modern hotel. It has everything you can possibly ask for. There's also quick transportation to and from the train station. Seriously, there is nothing you could want in a hotel that they don't have.
