The staff was wonderful and facilities excellent. The breakfast and hospitality period was, as always, excellent. The musician was a very nice touch. The bar and restaurant staff were slow and not very customer oriented.

Opted to stay here after our cruise since it had a free shuttle to the airport that runs 24/7, every 30 minutes. Stay was good and had very comfortable beds!

Embassy Suites is great as usual. This location is convenient to the airport and cruise lines, so it’s very popular. The staff is nice, the food and bar is good, they held our luggage. We had to call maintenance and they arrived quickly. With that being said the only area that needs improvement is the lobby bathrooms. We stayed here the day before our cruise and returned the day after, the lobby women’s bathroom appeared as if it wasn’t cleaned since we left five days ago.

Room service was good! The live music was excellent. The only thing i didn't like was that there hotel shuttle to pick us up at midnight when our flight arrived and we did call and they said it was on its way and we waited hour in the area at airport were shuttle was supposed to pick us up and never did.

Wonderful experience overall Loud but it is next to the airport so what do you expect. Limited dining however, some really good food in close proximity. Will definitely be coming back.
