Gigi, the front counter assistant was absolutely disrespectful. I had to get the police involved. I will seek further legal action as threats about beating me were made in front of children. There was not a manager on call and both ladies at the front desk were absolutely clueless as to when there would be a manager available for assistance. Our reservation was canceled, this was an action that Gigi made herself according to her feelings being hurt with the very own situation she got herself into. All due to her not understanding how to de escalate a situation or doing her job properly.

The Room was nothing fancy -- no microwave - room was musty, but looked clean. It's a room to crash for the night, and that's about it. We came to check in at 2pm, and the girl made us come back at 4pm. She was on the rude side. There were rooms available, I think she was looking for a tip - as she said " let me see what I can do -- Oh well -- we waiting until almost 4 to get the room and left at 6am the next morning.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming, just kind of hurrying everyone along. Didnt explain any amenities at all or about the café, just pointed us to the room. The room we had was pretty outdated, felt like a Motel 6. The shower water was cold, barely any heat to it. I was in a hurry to leave in the morning so I tried to call the hotel to address the issue but no one answered for the Maintenance number or front desk.

Great for the price, seemed like a challenge to get extra pillows or anything after housekeeping was off - even for TP. You can hear anyone in connecting rooms showering, and the shower was more like a power washer that’s not adjustable. BUT, great location, great parking, on-site security was a plus. Still would likely stay again.
