I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and it’s always been a great experience, so when my boyfriend booked us a one-night anniversary trip here, I was excited to return. Once again, it didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The front desk even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture – some snacks and a lovely card in the room for our anniversary. It was such a sweet touch and really made our stay extra special. I can’t wait to come back again – always such a great place to stay!

This was an amazing situation for me and my daughter. We spent New Year’s Eve at the La Jolla location the pool was warm almost like a jacuzzi we went swimming for the last time at 9 pm. The food was delicious and bartenders made my daughter a sprite with cherries so she could be part of the toast it was the best.

We have stayed here before and like the place because it is in a centric location. Close, but not too close to freeways, family and shopping. It is reasonably quiet, mostly well kept and the staff is « Always Great ».

I have been a guest at the Hyatt for many, many years, pre and post renovation. While I always have a wonderful time, I was surprised to be hit with a destination charge upon checkout. At approximately $29/day, I feel this should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, the room service fees have escalated tremendously, with the fees exceeding the cost of the items ordered. Make sure you read the fine print.

This is probably the worst Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is dirty. The doors and cabinets are worn out. We had to change rooms three times due to the bad condition. There are even bugs (silverfish) in the bathtub. The front desk (I forgot the name) told us he felt sorry for the inconvenience (changing rooms twice) and he removed self-parking charging. But when we checked out, they still charged us for self-parking.

This was once a great hotel. I had been there for several events and meetings. The restaurants are gone and it’s just a hotel that once was. Embassy suites would have been a better choice. Staff was nice but it took forever to get a hair dryer had to call 3x
