"First time staying at this hotel and it was very close to the airport. Room was good and clean. About 10 min to downtown San Jose. "

"The hair dryer in the room was not working, so I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk! I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk, and when I did, they told me to come back tomorrow morning! I was angrily told that I had to leave. The facilities and breakfast are very nice, but the front desk staff made me very uncomfortable. I think it is a shame for a hotel to be made to feel bad by just one front desk staff member when the rest of the staff...

"Overall, I am very please with my stay at Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco. A very quiet, safe, and secure place to be. I had no worries about my vehicle being vandalized ir broken into because of the area the hotel is located. Next trip to SF, I would definitely stay at this same hotel. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Thank you."
