"Quick overnight stay for a concert. The time we stayed in the hotel was great. No issues at all. We were limited to dinner options at night since we didn't have a reservation, so we ended top eating at the food court, but we were able to eat breakfast in the morning at the Metropolitan. The skillet we ordered was amazing. Great way to end the short getaway."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was really nice, and bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Did miss having a coffee machine in the hotel or a breakfast area but Starbucks was right next door so they had daily custom from me. Location was great being just off Times Square so was central to pretty much everything. Check in was easy, staff welcoming and friendly. Check out was great and was able to leave case for a few hours with the bellhops. Even the manager (assuming?) asked if the stay was nice and said they had rooms if I wanted another night - if only my flight could be changed, I would have definitely stayed longer!!! Would definitely stay here again because the rooms were super confortable, staff we all lovely and the location was perfect for everything. "

"Good location to get around in Times Square. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. The bed and bedding were just ok, nothing fancy, the sheets were rough. It was good for our one night stay. If you want breakfast or a late night snack, note that there’s no room service. If you plan to have the hotel hold your bags because your transportation doesn’t leave until later in the day after checkout, keep your key in case you need to use the restroom. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "
