Special thanks to Yojandi and Karmen at the coffee shop for their smiles and lovely chats, Prenda Lis, Ivan, and Mauricio for their fantastic drinks, Emma for her warm hospitality, and Ivan at the towel station for his excellent beach service. Despite heavy rain throughout our stay, we had an amazing time—a testament to the hotel and its staff. Set on the beautiful Cayo Levantado, the resort blends traditional charm with sustainable, modern touches. The lush gardens, immaculate rooms, and comfortable furnishings reflect exceptional attention to detail—the best I’ve experienced in the Caribbean. The spacious rooms were pristine, with thoughtful touches like nightly turndown gifts. Dining was exceptional, rivaling fine restaurants in Europe. The beach was stunning, the loungers comfortable, and the wellness activities outstanding. Outdoor yoga in the serene Yubarta area was a highlight, thanks to Carla and her team. Suggestions: Add more Dominican music at the beach to enhance the Caribbean vibe. Overall, this was the best hotel stay ever, and I can’t wait to return. "I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
