"Amazing grounds and breathtaking views. Rooms are just as beautiful as the landscaping, maintenance and housekeeping were a plenty keeping things clean and tidy. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some a bit inexperienced. Requests for simple items took some time to receive or were forgotten. "Had a lot of fun with 2 young kids. Huge, beautiful property. Buffets could be better, food variety and quality was lower than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Also their eco initiatives are a bit much - no straws at all and only one beach towel per person per day detracts from the vacation experience "

"The property is nice and clean but not enough entertainment and food quality and choice is overrated. One of the restaurants was closed for renovation, but nobody notified us about it. So out of 5 restaurants basically it was only 2 options, plus Stake House is closed on Fridays. "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
