"We were very comfortable! The attached restaurant provided a convenient and delicious supper, the pillows were glorious, and the included breakfast buffet had everything a person could want. There is a shuttle to and from the Mayo, but I am sad to say that it didn't have a wheelchair lift. However, that was the only negative point for me. The hotel itself was wonderful!"

"We have stayed here many times in the last 5 years, in both the main hotel and their converted apartments across the street. This is a well-oiled operation with helpful staff. It is not the newest hotel in town, but it is the one we prefer. A bonus is the Twigs restaurant attached to the hotel."

"We had an office chair that was like sitting on the ground. Tiles were missing in the bathroom. Considering the age however we enjoyed the stay and will go back. It’s a good price."
