"Very small bathroom "

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."

"Hotel itself was pleasant, rooms are nice. Same standard of room can massively differ though - we asked to move rooms due to it not looking anything like photos, this was able to be done for us. Location just feels a little bit further out than other hotels I’ve stayed at in London. "
