The location of this hotel is excellent, near public transportation and shopping on Oxford Street. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not rate it four stars. I would give it 2.5. Rooms were clean but nothing to write home about.

I only needed to stay overnight as I had an eye op at Moorfields. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and had lovely facilities. I treated myself to room service for supper and breakfast. Lovely meals provided. The bed was really comfortable. I had a great stay.

Good location, clean. Our room was a reasonable size except we had a step up to desk area and another into bathroom. These are not delineated by any change in carpet colour, I tripped up the step to desk and bruised my backside and arm, I also pulled a muscle in my back giving me a lot of pain.

Not the standard expected of Radisson Blu.
No air conditioning or bedside power. No milk provided for hot drinks. For a Radisson Blu, I would expect air conditioning. Climate control is a basic provision for premium brands. Single bedrooms at a similar price point have the basics covered well.

Room was very small but fine for what it was . I did arrive to a dirty bathroom and used makeup pads laid out. The air conditioning was broken and it’s been 89 F outside. The hotel did care of late checkout on them which was great . Location is great also.
