"Really pleasantly surprised! I'm a bit of a hotel snob and often insist on a minimum of 4 stars but I was so impressed with Santa Fe! Room clean and well maintained. Bathroom fresh and newly decorated. I have stayed a few times in the cheaper 4 stars options near Disneyland such as Grand Magic and Dream Castle and I would say Santa Fe is absolutely better for rooms, location and most importantly the transportation!! Bus to and from parks was much less busy than the alternative hotels mentioned above and security swept the bus after every service as well as keeping a close eye on the crowds getting too pushy after the fireworks in the evening. Would saty here again simply to avoid the trauma that came with taking the bus for the cheaper non Disney alternatives. Highly recommend. Great value. Check in a little slow but that's my only slightly negative feedback"

"Beautiful hotel, only thing i can say that would improve it would be if the cleaners picked up empty bottles, glasses and cutlery that are lining the corridor, just done a 4 night stay and same glasses and bottles still there after 4 days, this lets it down, everything else was fab "

"Absolutely excellent stay at Residhome. Staff were helpful, location was A for Disney and the room was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Plenty of plugs, good amenities, and housekeeping came every day to empty the bins and make the beds. The beds weren’t the most comfortable (I think it was the pillows- they were too soft) but for the price point it’s exactly what I expected so I would still wholeheartedly recommend. "Really convenient hotel for Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle included, and some great added facilities for the kids, such as an indoor playground and swimming pool with slide. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days of visiting the Disney parks. Would recommend to any families as a much cheaper alternative to the Disney Resort hotels. We added a late checkout for just 20EUR, giving us 3 hrs extra to use our room whilst we waited for our airport transfer."
