"No aircondition, no moskito protection but noisy 'cause of the airport - bad combination
breakfast ok, limited healthy choices. No hair dryer, tiny shower with no privacy
Very nice staff, shopping near by, but best to reach by car, in walking distance but no sidewalk."

Excellent
The town is awesome. Walk it and you get a feel of French countryside. Marriott bar next door is much better vibe than this place.

There were some really good local restaurants, and a good local supermarket. Great for a short stopover.

The other side of Roissy was very well made shops and restaurants and buses were available and the mall was ok. I think the other side where Appart'City is too need to be developed and made accessible like the Roissy village

The airport shuttle is not free, it was 8$ per person and started too late for our flight so we had to pay a taxi.

The area is in a group of other hotels. It wasn't scenic, but it was practical and easy to transport to/from the airport.

I can't judge it effectively as I didn't experience much about it. I was happy to discover a grocery story in the village a short walk from the hotel. On the way to the store I saw many village cafes and restaurants I will have to come back to try.

"The property and everything else was good except the front desk staff who wasn't very courteous or polite. Holiday Inn is our go to go hotel and this time it was a different experience "
"Grand Hyatt Paris was a great choice to stay at. Modern and clean. Friendly multi-lingual staff. Train and metro station at the doorstep. Supermarket and alcohol store in the complex. Just two stops and 18 mins to Gare du Nord Eurostar station. Leisurely 15 min walk to Arc de Triumph and Champs Élysées. Easy metro trips to other iconic parts of the city including St Germaine. Rooftop bar and many food options for breakfast, lunch and tea. What’s not to like! "
"Perfect location. Super helpful staff & very clean room. We happened to be there during a nasty heat wave and the room's air conditioning was a life saver :) ... Would most certainly book Hotel de Roubaix for our next visit to Paris. Merci !"
"Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"
