"Property was upscale and highly convenient to get to (whether to and from Gimpo or Incheon Airport, as it is right by a station on the Airport Express line). Front desk staff was professional and willing to assist."

"It was a very good location. The lobby was beautiful. When we got to our room, we found it very dark with no outlets close at the bedside. Also, we were not a fan of the tub and handheld shower type. There is no full door to prevent the shower spray from wetting the floor also. We did appreciate the large room but found the pillows very soft. Reasonable stay but not amazing. "

"The bedsheet and the blanket are not clean and the mattress is not comfortable, I cannot sleep well in these few nights I stayed here. The water in the sink flowed very slow. I won’t choose this hotel again."

"Zzzip was possibly the best introduction to hostel living that I could have ever had as a solo female traveler. To start, Jina and Bryan were excellent hosts--very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rest of the staff were also super kind, and one of them even helped me with figuring out the laundry. "I enjoyed the location of the hotel in proximity to my work, but my air conditioner didn’t work properly the entirety of my stay. I called about it, but it was never repaired. I am not sure if all of the rooms have a set point temperature that doesn't go below 25 celcius, but overall I found the hotel to be nice but a little too hot. The gym is also wonderful and so I would stay again- especially with the location and if they can fix the air conditioners!"
