"We recently stayed at the hotel for a couple's getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. Overall, we had a great time, and if I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars rather than 4. There were some fantastic moments that made our stay special, but a few disappointments kept it from being perfect. The atmosphere was ideal for a quiet trip without kids around, and the hotel surprised us with complimentary treats for my husband's birthday, which was a nice touch. "The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage...

"Great location in the Old Town. Lovely boutique rooms. Nice bar and inner courtyard area. Breakfast if you need it. Staff exceptional, so helpful and welcoming. Stayed here on several occasions. Will be back."
