"Very nice hotel, with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. We loved family room with two bedrooms and separate beds for kids. "

"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"My wife and I have stayed at the Golf Beach many times over the past 20 years. It now has new owners but they have kept all of the wonderful staff that makes your stay welcoming and pleasant. Some new decoration within the bar area and a new menu. The bar area at night is quite quiet this maybe the increase in drinks prices and not so many British guests as before. Still if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Santa Ponsa for a reasonable price look no further "

"When we first arrived, it looked dated but we could use the amenities in the sister hotel opposite in the hotel bonanza plays resort and spa which was more new but that didn’t phase us because the setting and grounds and pool were pretty. It was super clean and comfortable. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get to the airport and back with one change. Everything was fab and we would stay again."
