A clean, modern and conveniently located hotel. Plenty of sunbeds end of Sept. An excellent range for breakfast, which is available until 11am. A great coffee/ cake bar is available too, open until 11pm. The only downside to the room is the toilet, which is a) very small and b) has a single glass door that is shared to close either the toilet or the shower. It also has a gap around it. So not the best when sharing with a friend.

Beautiful place. They gave us an upgrade to a suite, which looked out over the lake. It's adults only, so the vibe was chill, and they had some nice bars and snacks near the two pools. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the port area easily along the flat path near the beach

The pool area is so nice, with the lake pool being our favourite. The buffet was nice as well for dinner, staff were helpful and accommodating. Location was great, so close to the beach and the bus stop to go to the port/old town/airport.

Hotel Bamboo is a great choice for Adults only. Room 228 is a balcony pool view room but it’s more of lake view. It’s a corner room lots of space. Sun beds always available this place doesn’t accept putting towels down early. We had some electric issues but fixed quickly and complimented by staff for inconvenience. The restaurant is amazing great food choices each night although it does needs to make sure a vegetarian option is always available. The location is great you can walk to the beach or along the many water canals or hire a small rowing boat for fun. Lots of shops usual kind selling the fake goods and beach stuff. Lots of bars and restaurants with various food available lots of Chinese restaurants. The water park is walking distance or a short bus ride The Port of Alcudia is the other end of the beach it’s crazy busy but a nicer stretch of beach. Walk it or get the bus. Try visiting Alcudia old town for the Tuesday market worth the trip but take cash. A weeks stay was enough for this place unless you want to bake in the sun all day every day.

Lovely hotel. Very touristy area but some nice restaurants, about. 30 mins walk to the port. Good base for visiting old town Alcúdia and Pollença. Beach only 5 mins walk- water and sand lovely and clean and clear!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It provides not only the best comfort, but also a great experience. Very nice location close to the beach and bus service to Alcudia and Palma. The pool area was unique overlooking the lagoon closeby, making it not just a normal pool you see in every hotel. The pool bar and the foodtruck offer a variety of food and drinks. Pool towels are provided as well. Breakfast was also very rich too and I would recommendto book you stay with breakfast. We didn't have dinner there, but I am sure that's quality stuff too! Also the gym was well equipped and on point... the list goes on and on and for that reason I will definitely come back.

The hotel was clean & modern. The staff were friendly, multilingual & attentive to our needs at all times. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for - calm & relaxed. The only fault I could find would be the design of the shower which meant water would leak onto the floor outside & my girlfriend couldn’t use the toilet at the same time without the door being wide open - but the design was clearly for saving space so I can see the logic. Other than these absolutely minor details the hotel was incredible & I would absolutely recommend this.

Lovely new modern hotel, amazingly clean (staff constantly clean and replenish) staff are a real credit to the hotel. Some reviews mention about small rooms and toilet door issues , but we genuinely didn’t find this a problem. Great food and choice.Restaurant staff were great at going through food allergies. If you are thinking of staying here do it , you won’t be disappointed. Also local bus transport is excellent. Weldone THB Bamboo, we would definitely stay again👍
