"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."

"The only thing ok was the room After I made the booking I realized I booked one day early . Within 3 min I contacted Expedia to help me fix the booking and as always failed me . I showed up at the hotel after a long journey exhausted and my booking was canceled . 😡 had to pay more by rebooking there . the front desk guy and pretty all of the staff not friendly at all .
