However, the central AC was not functioning during our stay due to unusually warm November weather, and the hotel couldn’t switch it back from heating mode. "I highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. We loved the rooftop. It had a beautiful and relaxing view."

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."
