"The service was excellent,rooms were clean and everything was in working order.Hotel facilities were very good,location is close by to everything you need and convenience store was next door.Breakfast was good but needs a few more cereal choices.I highly recommend this Hotel but most of all the staff are incredible,well done.We definitely will stay there again next time we visit."

"I had some meetings in Calaca and decided to stay the night in Canyon Woods. I was not expecting much from previous reviews and I was surely IMPRESSED with what I saw. Check In was very efficient with knowledgeable staff. The room itself was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning which is a must was strong and cool. The best thing about this hotel is the view during sunrise. You get a glimpse of the sun with the Taal Lake as your background. The breakfast was plated but...

"Great service during check in and check out. The frontdesk clerk offered me to upgrade which was a great option for me as we liked the room so much and he offered the Accor membership which I’ve considered also. "

"Most of things are great but i wish the owner buy some new towels, to be honest i dont even use those towels for my dog . Apart from that i like the hotel. "

"There was just no trash bin in the kitchen which is necessary and the lighting can be improved to make the space brighter. Additional plates and saucer may help as well. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable with friendly staff and clean ambiance."

"My wife and I have returned to Marco Polo about three times and always find the hotel a pleasant place to stay. Conditions are good, breakfast is excellent, and staff are attentive, helpful, and cheerful. "
