As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. The pool is cooler than normal Philippines pools - we found this to be better because it was easier to cool down and relax in the heat again. No kids running around was a big bonus. "This B&B was a really good find, and we loved our stay here. The location is great, and you can see Mayon from the balcony of some of the rooms. We arrived not long after a typhoon had hit, and the manager had done everything possible to make our stay comfortable despite frequent powercuts, lack of internet, etc. She was so helpful, and so friendly. When we came to leave for the airport, she helped us organise a car, and we were so grateful. I'd highly recommend staying here!"

"I loved loved loved my stay, it was exactly the kind of low key beach vibe that I wanted. Excellent service from staff, from front desk to cleaning, and it was a great location- away from the busy-ness yet just a few steps away from restaurants and everything. Very clean, comfortable (good bed and pillows). No significant bugs and as long as you run the A/C for a few hours a day you’re good. "The property is indeed unique and very beautiful. The rooms overlook the sea and the staff are totally charming and cannot do enough for you. That is the wonderful thing for this hotel. The beach is right there and the sea beautiful. But the furniture and bedding needs updating. My only reservation for that. Updating required as our air conditioning did not work. "

"The place was good in the area though we weren’t able to see the whale shark due to the weather. It had a restaurant and pool in the vicinity. Staff were friendly and we were able to avail of the room massage. One thing for improvement perhaps will be the availability of the wifi in the rooms :)"
