"We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><."

"Great hotel, professional staff and delicious food. The pool and gym are beautiful, clean and spacious, If I really have to criticise a thing about the hotel, it would be the location is not so easy with subway. "
