"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

"The room was very adequate. The breakfast buffet is affordable and really good. I liked the flare of the hotel, it has a unique venetian vibe. Transport by vaporetto is 5mn away. I found the first floor a little noisy in the morning though. Overall, this exceeded my expectations. "

"A nice traditional hotel located in a quiet area on Venice Lido. Rooms vary in size, some are excellent, others a bit cramped. Excellent breakfast. Venice Lido is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Venice. The hotels tend to be better and much cheaper than in Venice itself. Plus the Lido is a very pleasant seaside area with good facilities."

"Our host Stefano was amazing and very accommodating with our late arrival on the Lido. He met us outside and helped us with free parking and our luggage. The apartment is situated in the original part of Lido in a very nice quiet street despite being on intersection and has a beautiful garden lovingly tendered by his mum. "We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast. The first morning there were only stale almost empty cereal, prepackaged rolls/bread, juice, and pancetta, plastic wrapped cheese slices and bread for toasting. The cafe...

"Really enjoyed our time there. Loved the smiles and service that the stafff gave. Made us cappucinnos which was good quality in the morning. It is in Lido (last ferry stop) so it's situated far from touristy areas, if you like that. The room like most Italian budget friendly stays are small but adequate. There seems to be a bit of slant on the flooring, a little uneven, but it did not affect our sleep. "
