"What an incredible service! Andrea, the concierge, was amazing in helping us with transportation in Venice. The hotel-provided transport was easy to access, and even the external transport we had booked was double-checked and confirmed for us. Hats off to Andrea! And what can I say about this hotel? The service is outstanding, the staff are so warm and welcoming. It’s phenomenal to enjoy both sides of the island – the sea on one side and Venice on the other. We truly appreciated being able to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended"

"It is a beautiful hotel, charming and very “Venice”. The room was beautiful and unique. It is in a great location and has a water taxi dock (if the water level cooperates) We had a lovely stay! We would definitely stay there again!! "

"Reception was in another hotel nearby. They also had breakfast although we did not opt for it as they did not have much vegetarian options. There is a coffee machine in this hotel but they need to do a better job in cleaning or provide enough crockery (cups) and a better place to dump the used ones so that it looks clean. "

"We had a great experience here, the hotel is in a very convenient location that was easily walkable for two of us from the train station with all of our luggage. The service was great, we were pleasantly surprised with all the updates to our room, and also really enjoyed the breakfast."

"Beautiful property, with fabulous chandelier in the lobby. Room comfy but air conditioning not as effective as we would have liked, very hot though! Difficult to get shower temp right and not very powerful. Beds and pillows comfy, towels changed daily, complimentary drinks/water in lobby. "
