"Overall a perfect experience. After checking in, we asked to switch to a room with two beds since I wasn't feeling well. I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The location in January was quiet, safe, and we enjoyed being delivered by water taxi right to the hotels dock on the canal. Fun experience! The hotel staff arranged our transport for us to and from the airport and the cruise dock. Expensive but as my husband is disabled, worth it for the ease. The breakfast was nice and we had dinner in their small restaurant a few nights. It was nice we didn’t need to go out of the hotel after very long days. We would stay there...
