Overall it’s a nice facility. Breakfast buffet is great. Only reason for 4 stars is that they have no hot tub. Only a pool. After 17 hours of driving I was expecting to relax in a hot tub

Room service would not answer. I later found out that the phone rang to the bar area. When I arrived to order, the women working was terrible. No sense of urgency. She then took my order and that all was good. When my food arrived, another server placed my food and asked if I needed anything. I was eating and finished my water. I placed my glass on the counter and she walked by at four times and did not fill my glass.

Called for 20 mins because we needed towels. I also replied to the hotel check-in text asking for towels. No answer so we went down to get them. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.
