"From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Tapas style menu and the breakfast was perfect, will certainly use this hotel again maybe even for a Personal trip to use all the facilities "

"The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The window seemed like it was open. It had no seal and so the room was very noisy all night. There is a witherspoon next door so the noise was awful. Overall a good hotel but the windows need replacing urgently! "

"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. Bathroom was clean, toiletries to hand and enough towels for the two of us. We had a quick drink before heading off for our evening meal, the bar was busy but didn’t have to wait very long.
