Large Hotel situated in a great location with convenient access to all national park attractions. Ample car parking and public transport available within easy reach. Great facilities and very friendly staff at the hotel. Lovely breakfast , a great selection! Main issue was with the cleanliness. When I arrived and checked in, the bathroom smelt awful and I quickly found that it was because the toilet had been left unflushed, I assume from the previous person. To the side of the bed and behind the bed was also super dusty. Other than that though , nice hotel.

Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you.

We had a great stay at the Lancaster Holiday Inn. The service was friendly and the facilities were just what we needed. The dinner and breakfast options were also great. Having an outdoor play area was also handy for two energetic young boys!
