"What a wonderful hotel, the rooms are beautiful and immaculately maintained, hot tub was lovely, spa is nice. Mazumi restaurant was lovely and Benn was a wonderful host at meal times. The Bentley service is a great perk."

"Great property and would stay again. Tram runs from just across the road and is easy to use and not expensive for a day pass. Staff very friendly and willing to assist where needed. Rooms comfortable and a decent size."

"This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Beautiful inside and modern. It was more peaceful than the hall. The appartment was spotless, the cleaners do such a good job. The grounds are well kept. You feel very safe. The staff helpful and friendly. Lovely clean leisure centre/pool. Cant wait to come back next year whether its in the hall or not. "

"Had to book for myself and 2 children for 2 nights due to work being done on our home we had a family room it was clean beds were comfortable and was quiet would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone we also decided to stay for breakfast on the last morning and that was brilliant too and not overly priced."

"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."
