We made a reservation using the Expedia app. We went to the hotel and they told us that our reservation was not in the system and that they did not have rooms available for that night. Still they charge me for the room in Expedia and claimed that they would not reimburse us because we were a "no shop" to cover their mistake... Total lie and lack of professionalism.

I often stay at this hotel for business, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Oscar (waiter), Shamara (front desk) , and the courteous Asian gentleman whose name escapes me (front desk) — their attention to detail and hospitality truly stand out. This property is a false advertisement property. I picked this room for the balcony and jetted tub in the bathroom and neither were there. The balcony was closed with a sign that said “this door is to remain close at all times” but on the photos of the property that wasn’t made clear. Then the bathroom was shown as a jacuzzi but it was a regular tub. I was very disappointed.

I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. I was 1 room away from the elevator and facing the busiest road in Orlando. I slept terrible. The breakfast staff was very attentive and I enjoyed the buffet. Even though I tipped the housekeeper, I ran out out coffee on the 2nd day and creamer on the third. More attention to detail please.

What I didn’t like is the locks on the door. The locks are old and don’t lock properly at all! There’s a large gap between the door jam & door. I didn’t feel as safe. It’s a good hotel, just the olds locks needs to replaced
