"Beautiful stay. Spacious room with a view of USJ park. Lovely separate bath shower, toilet and sink 👌working AC. Big bed. Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."

"We are repeat visitors to the RHIGA hotel in Kyoto. We love that the hotel is close to Kyoto Station but not too close. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The bell desk staff were very helpful arranging takyubin for our larger pieces of luggage to be transported to the RHIGA hotel in Osaka. "We LOVED staying here. We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who explained everything we needed to know about the facilities. The area is quiet for the most part, though there is a fire station nearby, so be aware of that. It's fairly quiet though :) There is a Family Mart almost immediately to the left of the hotel, and plenty of subway entrances. A fantastic stay!"
