"Heat central location just above Namba station which made it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, modern, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of both western and Japanese offerings. The highlight was the sauna, Japanese bath, and cold plunge. "We are repeat visitors to the RHIGA hotel in Kyoto. We love that the hotel is close to Kyoto Station but not too close. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The bell desk staff were very helpful arranging takyubin for our larger pieces of luggage to be transported to the RHIGA hotel in Osaka. Housekeeping staff were friendly and very thorough in freshening up our room each day. "A wonderful 10 day stay exploring the Kobe, Osaka, Arima regions & Hiroshima . The breakfast buffet is excellent and Emerald Bar for a night cap . Our room was #2019 which is corner room Overlooking the harbor and surrounding areas."
