"From the moment I arrived at the property, I was treated like royalty. The valet attendant was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all the valet services in detail. He wouldn’t even let me handle my own luggage. He assisted me in every way possible and did so with genuine courtesy. At the check-in counter, I was warmly greeted by Sean. His attentiveness and welcoming demeanor truly stood out. Sean’s customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in hospitality. It’s clear he loves what he does at the NOPSI Hotel. He answered all my questions with care and helped make my birthday stay truly unforgettable. I am looking forward to staying at NOPSI Hotel for my next solo-cation! I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. 10/10!"
