The hotel did an unbelievable job - will certainly be recommending to people and returning myself. Was here for Taylor Swift and they went above and beyond to make sure all guests had a memorable, safe, and convenient stay. I didnt expect my hotel to be such an integral and memorable part of my trip and they were - they made the weekend so special and I couldnt have had a better stay!

Our stay at Loews during our trip for The Era’s Tour was seamless! The property is clean, the staff was incredibly kind (housekeeping even left us friendship bracelets and Taylor stickers), and check in and check out was super easy! The location is great as well. Super close to lots of restaurants and great coffee!

I was disappointed to check in and have our room that was confirmed for two double beds changed to a queen bed. They said they oversold the hotel. They put us in a room with a sofa bed. But that’s not what we paid for. We booked this room 9 months ago so it’s annoying that we got bumped.

The hotel is just okay, I liked the text feature where you can text for more robes or slippers or any inquiry. Our check-in was a bit weird, the lady was talking to the screen versus eye contact. We came for our wedding weekend. I emailed concierge 3 times as well as reached out to the director of operation for an amenity or options they had for celebrations and nobody responded. While there we told everyone we were getting married (the people bringing the in room dinner, and breakfast) and nobody thought to bring some type of congratulations chocolates nothing to acknowledge our celebration. I was willing to pay for it but the concierge never responded.
