"This was an amazing place to stay. Had an entire home to ourselves and it was brand new. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Close to the parks and other attractions. The pools were great and we were able to have access to both property pools which was nice. Waterslides are impressive and the kids enjoyed it for hours. "The property is stated as being "fully equipped", it is not. There are no dishes for cooking, no oven trays, no dishwasher, not even a brush and shovel to sweep the floor with. We were there for 3 weeks, half way through the pool pump stopped working. 4 messages to the management, nothing done about it. The pool door alarms do not work, which is illegal in Florida as there is no pool fence. Nothing done about it."
